This stunning event gown features a plunging. deep v-neckline with a cape around the shoulders. lovely boho-inspired bell sleeves. a multi-tiered skirt that goes high-to-low at the front then levels out around the hem. Delicate ruffles adorn each tier and the cape. A chiffon self tie detail sits at the back with an open slit. This piece comes fully lined and includes a side seam zipper.
